Aaron Dill, Legislative Analyst

As a Legislative Aide for Supervisor Jose Medina, Aaron Dill oversees a range of essential services, including Public Social Services (DPSS), Food Assistance (CalFresh), Health Care Coverage (Medi-Cal), Cash Assistance (CalWORKs), In-Home Support Services, and Welfare-to-Work programs. He also works closely with the Office on Aging, Human Resources, Economic Development, and the Registrar of Voters. Additionally, Aaron serves as the liaison for the Highgrove area, the City of Riverside, and the Highgrove Municipal Advisory Council (MAC), ensuring that local concerns and priorities are addressed effectively.

A proud native of San Bernardino, California, Aaron continues to reside in his hometown. He began his higher education at San Bernardino Valley College before transferring to Oakwood University, a distinguished HBCU, where he graduated in 2017. His passion for civic engagement led him to voter outreach efforts in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, where he successfully managed teams for registration drives and campaigns. Aaron later served as a Field Representative for Assemblymember Jose Medina, a Regional Coordinator for the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development, and the Program Manager for California Jobs First, overseeing a multimillion-dollar regional initiative. His commitment to public service also extended to his role as Director of External Affairs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire. Today, Aaron continues his work in government, bringing his expertise and dedication to Riverside County’s First District.
