🌟 Recognizing Community Impact

The Office of Supervisor José Medina is proud to recognize the individuals, organizations, and events that make a meaningful difference in our communities. Whether celebrating a personal achievement, commemorating a significant milestone, or honoring a cause with broad community impact, our office is honored to mark these moments through official Certificates of Recognition and Proclamations.

All recognitions are issued at the discretion of the Supervisor and should be submitted with adequate advance notice. Providing detailed background helps us ensure each recognition is accurate, timely, and meaningful.

📜 Certificates of Recognition

Certificates of Recognition are issued to honor notable accomplishments, public service, and significant milestones. These may include retirements, grand openings, volunteer achievements, educational or professional accomplishments, and anniversaries.

Presentation

County departments and outside agencies may request a formal presentation of a proclamation or certificate at a Riverside County Board of Supervisors meeting. These requests are reviewed based on how closely the subject matter aligns with official County business and are approved at the discretion of the Chair of the Board.

To request a presentation during a Board meeting, please complete and submit the Board Presentation Request Form to [email protected] and clearly note your request in the “Special Request” field.

While a minimum of six weeks’ notice is required, we strongly encourage submitting your request as early as possible. Additional time may be needed for scheduling, internal coordination, or if multimedia elements (such as videos or slideshows) are being included.
Please review the Chair’s guidelines before submitting, as presentation formats and requirements may vary.
