Thomas C. Ketcham

Thomas Ketcham’s responsibilities include the following departments...Fire, Code Enforcement, Environmental Health, Waste Resources, County Flood Control, March JPA, Facilities Management (FM), Hispanic Community outreach programs, Treasurer/Tax Collector (TTC), Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT), Transportation Land Management Agency (Building and Safety, Planning, Transportation) as well as Assessor/Clerk/Recorder (ACR) issues. Thomas also serves as representative to Riverside County Farm Bureau, and the Riverside CHP Task Force. 

While in the private sector Thomas served in variety of executive management positions with Mediacom Cable LLC, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Coldwell Banker. As a business owner Thomas was a successful Restaurateur, Web Developer and Realtor/Mortgage Broker. In Public Safety for 22 years (most with Kevin Jeffries, who served for 29 years), Thomas served within the Riverside County Fire Department/Cal Fire (firefighter/volunteer/dispatcher/trainer) and on several local Fire Association Board of Directors for local communities. Thomas previously served as President of the Moreno Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for two terms and as the Chairman of the Moreno Valley / Perris Transportation Now Committee and Board of Directors for the Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) for four terms.
