Hashish Winstead is a legislative Analyst for Supervisor Kevin Jeffries, she serves as the representative for the City of Perris as well as the communities of Mead Valley, Good Hope, and Meadowbrook. Hashish’s other responsibilities include working with the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG), the areas of Sheriff, Fire, and Code Enforcement agencies along with Waste Resources, Environmental Health, TLMA, Latino Network, and RTA T-Now Chapter for Perris and Moreno Valley. Hashish started her career seven years ago in the County of Riverside with Riverside County Parks and Open Space District. For the past four years, Hashish was the community center manager for the Mead Valley Community & Senior Centers in Mead Valley where she was able to provide several facets of community outreach by bringing programs and holiday events for the surrounding communities to enjoy.
