 Jeff Greene—Chief of Staff: 

As Chief of Staff, Jeff Greene is the primary spokesperson for the office, handles media inquiries, and is available to speak to community groups and organizations that want updates on county government.  He also exercises his Super Chief powers to ensure he gets to do all the fun stuff, including serving as the office’s primary Park and Trails staffer. Prior to coming to the county office, Jeff served as Kevin Jeffries’ Chief of Staff in the State Assembly throughout his service in the legislature, and spent the previous 17 years working in Western Riverside County in the Assembly, State Senate, teaching community college, and in the private sector.  Jeff is a graduate of UCLA with a MA in Political Science from CSU Fullerton.

Kerstin.Justus - CopyKerstin Justus—Scheduler/Office Manager:

Kerstin Justus is the primary point of contact for scheduling the Supervisor and staff for meetings and appointments, and is responsible for over-seeing office operations, event logistics, and anything else that requires her amazing organizational skills. Kerstin also served as the primary scheduler and office manager throughout Kevin’s six years in the California State Assembly, and previously served for another Assemblymember as well.

Thomas.Ketcham - CopyThomas C. Ketcham—Legislative Analyst (Bi-lingual): 

Thomas Ketcham’s responsibilities include Fire Department, Emergency Management Department, Code Enforcement, Environmental Health, March JPA, EDA, Hispanic outreach programs as well as property tax and assessment issues. He serves as the representative for the communities on the east half of the 1st District (Good Hope, Meadowbrook, Mead Valley, Woodcrest, Spring Hills, and much of the City of Riverside).  

While in the private sector Thomas served in variety of executive positions with Mediacom Cable, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Coldwell Banker. As a business owner Thomas was a successful Restaurateur, Web Developer and Realtor. In Public Safety for 22 years (most with Kevin Jeffries, who served for 29 years), Thomas served within the Riverside County Fire Department/Cal Fire (firefighter/volunteer/dispatcher/trainer) and on several local Fire Association Board of Directors for local communities. Thomas previously served as President of the Moreno Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for two terms and is currently the Chairman of the Moreno Valley / Perris Transportation Now Committee for the Riverside Transit Agency.

Tricia Almiron - Legislative Analyst:

Tricia is a resident of the First District, a small business owner and has a strong background in local government, including transportation and a host of other policy areas. She will mostly be visible in the communities of Temescal Valley, Lake Mathews, Woodcrest  and the greater Lake Elsinore Valley.














Bob.Magee - CopyBob Magee—District Director for Planning and Development: 

Bob Magee is the primary staff member responsible for Planning, Land Use, Flood Control, Waste Resources and Animal Service related issues in the district. 

Bob spent more than 20 years in the private sector in the areas of Mining, Land Development, and Resource Recovery and Recycling before returning to the Public Sector. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University with a Minor in Political Science.

Bob has served on the Lake Elsinore City Council since 2003, and is currently in his sixth term as Mayor.  He is the former Chairman of the Riverside County Transportation Commission as well as the Chairman of the Lake Elsinore San Jacinto Watershed Authority. Bob has been recognized by both the Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Tahquitz District of the Boy Scouts of America as their Citizen of the Year.

Robin.Reid - Copy

Robin Reid—Health and Human Services Advisor: 

Robin Reid is responsible for handling issues in human and social services including self-sufficiency, child abuse prevention and protection, domestic violence, human-trafficking, sexual assault, mental health, public health, Riverside County Regional Medical Center, childcare, foster care and adoption, and programs and services for low-income individuals.  Poached from Supervisor Jeff Stone, where she served in a similar capacity, Robin has been with the Riverside County Board of Supervisors serving as a legislative assistant since January 2005.  Robin previously worked in the California State Legislature from 1994-2005 as a legislative assistant to two Senators and an Assemblymember.  Robin's educational background is in social and behavioral science and she is currently pursuing her law degree.   









AraceliNewPicAraceli Ruiz—Board Assistant (Bi-lingual): 

Araceli Ruiz is the Board Assistant for the office of Supervisor Kevin Jeffries. She not only assists the Supervisor, but also is the community liaison for many of the service clubs and organizations in the City of Riverside. She handles bilingual translations, Environmental and Womens' issues as well as Vector Control.
Araceli has worked in various Riverside County departments throughout her career. She worked five years with Riverside County Flood Control in a support capacity for the Maintenance Division. There after, she worked at the Western Riverside Council of Governments for nearly nine years in several capacities, most recently as a Technician in the Energy and Environmental Department. Araceli is a graduate of California Baptist University (2015) with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Jonathan Dallas works with the First Supervisorial District and assists with daily office functions and other various projects related to the county. He has a firm understanding of the local government circuit and continues to expand his knowledge of the legislative process through the many meetings he has attended. He has stated, “Working with the 1st District has been a great opportunity for growth due to the staff’s ‘constituents first’ mentality. Everyone on the staff is willing to go out into the community and be very hands-on with the projects that they plan and oversee.” Jonathan’s work ethic and flexibility have made him an ideal fit for this year’s fellowship role within Supervisor Kevin Jeffries’ office. 










Jamie Pulver—Legislative Intern/YAC: 

Jamie Pulver is the legislative intern to Supervisor Kevin Jeffries and oversees the Youth Advisory Council in the First District of Riverside County. Jamie is a third year student at the University of California, Riverside and is studying business administration. After college, she hopes to obtain her teaching credentials to teach government and economics to high school students. She has a passion for business and government but also loves working and making a difference with the youth. Jamie’s goal for the YAC program is to give Riverside’s youth an opportunity to grow and develop leadership skills that they will carry with them throughout their lives.
